Change token time

Currently bidder can manually combine participant's link to auction at any time before auction, which leads to impossibility to restrict access for bidders from disconnected broker

We need to change logic in the way which will disable such option, so the participant's link will become available only after 20:00 (auction date-1). It may be generation of a token unique for bidder and different from bid token
