Feed auth seems not working

Feed returns auctions with bids according only to acc_token, id changing in request nothing change.

Example:

Request to http://localhost/5eba71b9c424167f69e3dfeb?bidder_id=1a0606072e80444ea3b1f60090431572&acc_token=252d11bd-d856-43fd-80e6-928356d11a01, create feed and auction with one bid with id 1a0606072e80444ea3b1f6009043157b instead of return 404, cause bid with id 1a0606072e80444ea3b1f60090431572 does not exist in this auction
