CDB3-3547 Execution creation fails if redemption has 1+ contracts

Execution doesn't allow to be created with 1+ contracts. Redemption doesn't have max limit for contracts.

@Kuzmin pls provide info for this issue, do we need max limit for redemption.contracts or select one from list that needs to be in execution
