• Mobile device (iOS or Android)
• Mobile browser (chrome or same)

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Main page (https://marketplace-sandbox.prozorro.sale/)
2. Go to the bottom of the page
3. Find the split line in the footer (after all the drop-down lists)

Expected result

Оскільки випадаючі списки в мобільній адаптації мають свою нижню розділову лінію, додаткова розділова лінія не має відображатися в мобільній алаптації

Actual result

В мобільній адаптації відображається зайва розділова лінія в футері
