2.Publish and activate valid bids
3.Wait for ending auction
4.Check award[1] dateModified
5.Patch award[1] with boby {"status": "cancelled"}
6.Check award[1] dateModified again

AR:
dateModified does not changed

ER:
dateModified should change to time of patching award
