Search service - populate logs w/ X-REQUEST-ID

If search-service has no connection to elasticsearch (for any reason) - we have no X-REQUEST-ID in HTTP API response log. Just separated search-service elastic connection error and generic 50x in HTTP response.

Expected: We need to be able to connect external HTTP requests to internal call to elasticsearch, even if search-service has no connection to the elasticsearch
